A Note On Me
Hi! I’m Helena, a human, writer, therapist and social worker based in Toronto. I am also many other things, a lover of animals (especially my own two cats), a person deeply connected to nature. I am a writer and creative, and lover of all things art, music and design. I am forever curious and a constant learner and student. I am an avid poetry reader and seeker of what soothes and speaks to my soul. I am most comfortable in, around or near water. And, most importantly I am a fellow human, multi layered, complex and changing.
I am deeply honoured I get to do this work, and be on this journey with so many wonderful fellow humans. I am not an expert, but a fellow human guide. My hope is always to create and share work and a space to allow others to safely explore their own worth and step into their full humanity, creating a life of meaning and wholeness for themselves.
I hope you may find something in my work that may resonate with you, or help to guide you back to your unique, wonderful whole humanity, and open up a door to compassion and acceptance of you.
